Invited by a counselor

Sign up with the email your counselor used

If your counselor or program added you to FalconPrep, your access is already waiting. There is no code to enter — your account unlocks the moment you sign up with the same email address they registered.

    Find the email address they used

    Usually your school email. If you are not sure, ask your counselor which address they added — it is the one thing that has to match.

    Create your account with that address

    Use your own password or Google sign-in. Your counselor never sees it.

    Everything is already unlocked

    No card, no payment, nothing to enter. Your counselor is billed, so you will not be asked to pay for anything.

Then your access is attached to the other address and signing in again will not find it. Tell your counselor which email you actually used and ask them to add that one — it takes them a few seconds. Still stuck: [email protected].
